1. User Account

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Each user is generally permitted to maintain one CoxsCoin account unless otherwise authorized by CoxsCoin. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact CoxsCoin support promptly.

2. Mining & Rewards

CoxsCoin provides a digital mining feature that allows eligible users to participate in the platform and receive CoxsCoin rewards according to the applicable mining rules. Mining rates, mining duration, reward rates, bonuses, limits, eligibility requirements, and other mining conditions may be updated or changed from time to time. Mining rewards are not guaranteed income, profits, or investment returns. The display of coins or rewards within the app does not necessarily mean that they have a fixed cash value.

3. Referral Program

CoxsCoin may provide additional rewards through its referral program. Referral rewards are available only for eligible and legitimate referrals in accordance with the current referral rules. Users must not create fake accounts, use self-referrals, automated accounts, bots, or other methods intended to manipulate referral rewards. CoxsCoin reserves the right to review, adjust, or cancel rewards associated with suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Withdrawals

Where withdrawals are available, users must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal amount and any other requirements shown within the app. Withdrawals may be subject to account verification, security checks, processing requirements, network fees, or third-party service conditions. CoxsCoin does not guarantee a specific withdrawal time or a fixed monetary value for mined coins.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create multiple, fake, or fraudulent accounts
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized software
• Manipulate mining, rewards, referrals, or account balances
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Interfere with the operation or security of CoxsCoin
• Use the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass any platform restrictions or security measures

Any account involved in prohibited activity may be suspended or terminated, and related rewards may be cancelled.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

CoxsCoin may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or created a security or legal risk. Where appropriate, CoxsCoin may also remove rewards obtained through prohibited or manipulated activity.

7. Changes to Mining & Services

CoxsCoin may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services when necessary. This may include changes to mining rates, mining duration, reward calculations, referral benefits, withdrawal requirements, eligibility rules, or other features. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoxsCoin after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that CoxsCoin will always operate without interruption or errors. The Services may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing the app, or starting mining on CoxsCoin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the CoxsCoin Services.
